We've done t-shirts in the past but the problem is always getting enough people actual pay for them, everyone says its a great idea when its in the planning stage, then suddenly they tend to disappear when its time to pay.

 If tshirts are difficult enough to sell, I seriously doubt a leather jacket would ever come into the plans!
But I definitely would be interested in a shirt, hat, lanyard and some different decal designs... problem still remains, not enough interest and or serious people committed to paying for the products. Steve, I still have my tshirt that was a test pilot and never actually were sold, AnthonyD gave me and my friend one each. It has the car, maple leaf and frosty beverage mug with the website logo underneath, and i'm wearing it right now actually lol... cool design, good quality shirt (3 years old now) so why not make a few batches of new shirts similar to the new decal design? You can count me in for a few of everything, anything to support the site.

What about paying in advance? I would do that. Charge $20 and include shipping for a t-shirt.

I'm always looking into getting stuff made (on a monthly basis). Hope to have info on pre-orders for hats and shirts up soon. (~$20/shirt, $35-$40 for embroidered hats)
we likely won't do lanyards -- they're cheap, but the minimum orders are way too high for the volume we do.
I'm also looking into FC -branded cola (or creamsoda). but at $3/bottle, not sure it's worth it outside special events.
