Any price on a set of 4 205/50/17's ?

He hasn't posted since Feb 22 and I think he wrote in another thread that he was closing up shop due to some drop ship issues and crossing the border - charge backs from FedEx I think.

In any event, FWIW - I just bought 4 Falken 912s at tire23 dot com in mississauga (215-45-17) ... they had quoted me 480 installed and balanced and including all taxes, but they actually charged me only 450 - I don't know if that was a mistake or he gave me a break because they made me wait so long to get them installed ...

So relatively speaking I don't think the deal referenced in this thread was all that great ... $425 before taxes, you pick em up and then pay for installation ... that's gotta be $500 + all said and done.

FWIW - I've put a couple hundred clicks on these tires and I love them ... and although the service at tire23 was somewhat "relaxed" I must admit the installation and balancing were very good and they had no problem with me watching.
