Im going to fish for some Muskie and wanted to know if anyone knew of anybody that is offering any cottages with boats. I have googled a few and called them, but they seem to only be renting out saturday to saturday.
Ive been many times to the lake to fish for muskie and I just want to make this a weekend trip. Price is not a big deal, as long as the cottage can sleep 4 and is walking distance to the lake.....Boat is a must.

Who have you contacted and what have they said expressly? I have a LOT of co-workers who live in that general area and I should be able to find you what you want. I'll just need to know exact dates for reservation expectations and what setup you'll want for the boats (outboard or stern drives, live wells or just catch-n-release, etc.).
I'll then send a few more fishing-knowledgeable friends/co-workers out on a rampage. :P

The dates are august 3rd to 5th.........we would go longer but the jobs we have ban us from taking vacations in the summer.
We are looking for a decent boat something quick if possible, if not then the standard 15hp outboard will do. The live well will not be necessary, we will probably take some perch, pike and bass home, whatever the fish we catch for food we will only take a maximum of 3. We are mainly going to catch Muskie.
Ive contacted Cozy Camp, Birch Hill and Big Moose camp..............all have told me that they only rent from saturday to saturday.

Have you thought about Lake Nippissing, Trout Lake or even the Mattawa/Ottawa River?
