Which Combination Is Better And Why
#21
I've been using the SVT EAP Dark Argent wheels. With the Fuzion ZRi, they are kinda heavy, and they are actually larger in overall diameter to the 15" rims and tires I had, but because of this, I haven't broken or damaged any of them, and I've not even had a flat tire....come to think of it, I've never had a flat tire on any vehicle I've had....craziness...lol

Since going to bigger rims and tires usually increases your lateral grip, and gives you better stopping power (because of less sidewall flex and gummy tread compund in your favour when braking) I think that you have really two options after you've decided on rim and tire size:

A: Do you want big rims that look cool, are lightweight, and be worried about snapping them on rough pavement like sections of the westbound 401?

B: Get somewhat heavier rims where you'd sacriffice a little bit of HP, but not have to worry about ruining the rim and tire all the time...

Just some things to consider
