The WORST most ignorant customer service going. That's why anyone who uses their phone for businesss is on Telus/Mike.
just noticed the Motorola A840 on Telus PCS has a sim card. :P

Motorola A480 is a CDMA and 900/1800 mhz GSM phone.. it sucks.
Paying $10 for an ESN swap online sucks too.. it should be free
Visa sucks because they charged me interest for late payment
LG and Siemens sucks too cus their phones shuts off when you close the flip
OCCA sucks because I am not having debt troubles like it says in their adds.

I've been on BELL/TELUS and ROGERS. All of them had a suckiness about them. Telus had allot of issue sending bills on time, then charged late payment charges. Bell was not very clear and up front about charges which seemed to pop up, rogers cell signal was bad in remote areas for GSM. I also had a Mike, this phone out of all of them was by far the worst phone for signal reception. However you could slam it on the ground and it wouldn't break...
So they all suck.

I spent 45 minutes on hold with Bell Sympatico last week getting my primary circuit converted to dry loop DSL..... and I know it's the SYSTEM's fault, not theirs.
That being said, I thought I'd give Rogers Home phone a shot... save me $40 off my various bills... then they called 2 more times on Friday to try to sell me the service and then the tech came, stapled more cable to my walls (idiots), and told me they couldn't activate my line due to a 'Technical' problem..
Anyways, I see the terminal is online now, and I've finished hooking it up for the tech... all they had to do was give me a number to call to bind an IP to the box and get my number reassigned.
I hate to be on the side of Rogers or Bell, but the truth is that systems that run the various services are so disconnected, they can't help but give you BAD service.
