New by-law starts tomorrow and the news is reporting people are already complaining about it. Theyre also saying they may go easy on smokers who are caught violating te new bylaw for the first few months... I dunno...

I know of a few bars in town that have removed the roof/canopy over the patio to get around this. Also the one bartender said that you can have umbrella's on the pattio but if 2 are touching it is considered an enclosure and subject to the new by law. :)
