does anyone know the part number for the Panel Filter in a ZX3 ... not a K&N though.

Fram, motorcraft, anything.

FA-1688 sounds like the air filter. He is looking for the cabin filter. which is motorcraft FP-41

Motorcraft Part FP-38

It's also the Micron Air Filter you see at Canadian Tire.

Fram sells a charcoal-based cabin air filter, but that takes some special hunting around. It's also quite a bit more expensive.

Best bang for buck, go for the Motorcraft: Should run you under $29, including taxes.
