i have friend with a turbocharged 1999 for escort zx2 with the 2.0 DOHC Zetec.
He's running 7 psi on stock internals. hes had it turbo'd for about 9 mnths and still hasnt gotten it on a dyno.
any ideas on hp/tq?

What turbo is he running?
Without knowing that....I will guess anywhere between 180-220 HP....same with torque, maybe a little higher.

its a kkk out of an audi quattro, it was completely rebuilt. he said it has the same specs as straight T3

Is he running stock injectors, What's the air fuel ratio?, Is he running any sort of engine management. Can have a pretty good idea if there was a lil more info. Can't really give an idea of HP/TQ your friend is putting out witout info. I've read cars on the dyno and the air/fuel saying 9:1 that push out 185 hp and with it and with it at a 12:1 ratio it would run 210hp. It's kinda hard to say.

hes running 40 lb injectors on stock pump and rail with a recalibrated MAF. I dont know his A/F, but hes running a Apexi SAFCII. Hes manually tuned it so that the A/F is ideal or close to ideal for every 100 rpm (i think). he has it set up for below 20% throttle and above, it switchs programs. he has a front mount intercooler and everything is custom.
timing is stock
turbo is oil and water cooled
any other info ask and ill try to remember

I can see it leanin out with a stock fuel pump. Looks Nice, I noticed that his turbo hangs pretty low I dunno if he's using a oil pump for his oil return line but I can see it coming up back into the turbo. Anyways hope he gets that thing dynoed so we can see the HP/TQ it puts out. Make sure your there to tell him to turn up the Boost B)

Is it the same pump as in our foci's?
If so, a lot of guys have been running stock pumps on FJ for a long time and no reported issues, so I dont see how he would be leaning it out. :huh:
