Back to the Focus Fold!

Just an update from Calgary here!
For those who may not be aware I had originally owned a 2002 ZTS with a Powerworks.

That car went away and I have a 89 Merkur XR4ti as my daily driver.

This fall I added a new member to the stable. Some of you may have seen it on the other sites but I am the new owner of the V6Mistake!

I will post more pics later!

Sitting in the garage! We recently got a lot of snow so it sits for now.
Doing some upgrades while it sits.

That is one seriously unique and super clean ride! I think it's totally awesome, and I'm surprised I'd never heard of this car on here, or other sites before.

Are you keeping it the way it is, or are you going to do some tweaks? I know there are companies that make turbo's and superchargers for these engines...hehehe...Mind you, having that twincam 2.5 under the hood is sleeper enough. Does it have a stealth exhaust? I love cars like yours that make other drivers scratch their heads and ask themselves "What the Hell???" when you suddenly take off, and it doesn't sound the way it's supposed to...Cool

It sounds great! Been meaning to record a sound clip but we have quite a bit of snow right now so it stays inside for now.
The PO molded in the exhaust cutout and modded the exhaust to simply turn down.

Stealthy!
I will be spending the winter making some upgrades. Under the hood remains unchanged for now but I am looking at the 3.0L upgrade as well as a custom upper intake manifold.
