Ford has announced that its future vehicles will be available with Sirius Travel Link. The new system ââ¬â which will work with the car's satellite navigation ââ¬â will be able to provide drivers with traffic updates, movie listings and even gas prices ââ¬â allowing the user to compare prices of nearby stations.
The technology will debut in the 2009 Ford Flex and F-150, but will eventually spread to other models.
The 2009 Ford Flex and F-150 will also be the first vehicles in North America to feature an audio system by Sony Electronics. Ford will make Sony the exclusive supplier of its in-car audio systems in the coming years.
