Audi Recalls 36,000 A8 Models

Audi has recalled 36,000 vehicles of its high-end model A8 globally due to problems with drivers' airbags, the Dow Jones Newswires reported.
The company said that tests have shown that the drivers' airbag may not fully inflate, although customers haven't yet experienced this problem. The affected airbags will be completely replaced, the company said.
The recall affects A8 models produced between October 2002 and March 2004.
