I'll be going to Montreal for two days on new years. Will be coming back Jan 1/07
Will be staying downtown, dont know the name of the hotel but I will probaly be near rue Crescent.. There are some places I want to visit while ime there like rue St. Catherine, and 800 rue De La Gauchietiere. Any other recommendations?

I definately will enjoy it. Last time I was in Montreal, was 2 years ago, and I also ended up going for New years. Though we spent time in downtown, we ended up about an hour north of Montreal on the Eve for the countdown. Was well worth it.
