hey guyys im in the midst of possibly buying euro spec tails off a memeber on another site from UK
i know i need a wirring harness for these does anyone no where i can get one in canada??
2000 dark violet pearl zx3: eagle rods, je pistons, fidanza cam gears, arp studs, ford racing highlift valve springs, svt front/rear disc conversion, prothane total kit, fc 65mm throttle body Tial gt3071r, tial mvs wastegate, tial Q bov, top speed "street" manifold,down pipe and dump tube, greddy boost controller, siemens deka #61 injectorz, stage 4 bully clutch way to much more to list

Send a PM to Frost2001, he is the resident Euro Guru. He may be able to provide some assistance. One thing you should should be aware of is you won't have reverse lights anymore. You will have to either get a euro rear bumper w/reverse lights or get a set of lights that you can mount below your rear bumper.

Depending on what version of tail lights your getting keep in mind the E-spec version of European lights are differently wired and have light bulb boards or light bulb holders.
also make sure you order the correct bulbs! depening on what version of light bulbs you will need. I will tell you now that the stock brake / running lights for the tail lights require the P21-5w / 7528 bulbs which are duel fillamint and as I found out it they are rare in canada now.... so make sure you check out this link for the required bulbs you'll need by Clicking Here to see what kind of bulbs you'll need.
Also, if your ordering the tail lights make sure you get the required bulb holders or bulb boards for the lights! other wise you'll get a tail light looking like this that will leak and have no holder like this spare set I have

P21-5W light bulbs: I'd highly recommend This seller for the P21-5W bulbs as they arrived faster then the LEDs I paid for on the same day (7 days from the UK vs 3 Weeks from the USA for LEDs)

The easiest way is to do it is too use a file and open up the plug holders inside of the euro tails, so your stock plugs will fit in perfectly.
If I get a chance I'll take a pic of one of mine and show you how I did it.

EDIT: i see you posted a thread from focaljet...i joined that sight like 4 months ago and they still havent activated my account i emailed focaljet and iv gotten nothing back...what gives???

depends on what version of the tail lights you need for your focus. it's harder to get the bulb boards without the tail lights for the wagon and sedan, the hatch versions are similar to our american ones just smaller and you can get those holders from a few places on the net if you know where to look.

ya the lights are for a hatchback.....im getting them the end of september im meeting up with the guy to get the rs front bumper and these taillights

hatch tail lights are easy. also guys go on ffoc and get lights from there. that is were i got mine everyone is looking for n/a lights over there. what year is your focus if its 00-01 the wiring is majorly different then 02+ let me know and i can lend a hand. best bet to get ahold of me is email. gothpunk55@hotmail.com
