Wow... loving the turntable idea. That's fabulous.

I'm just disappointed that he hasn't tiled the walls in the bay with the lift in it. :P

The waterfall adds a nice touch

What I can't get is that garage (original before renovations) looks like it's in one shitty area of whatever city that is then all of a sudden, Ferrari's all over the place, etc... I dunno...

Looks like a lot of the projects that I work on. Turn table idea is nice but the best I've seen was a turntable + wash bay that auto washed the car before it was moved into the garage. I've also worked on homes that had a standard 3 car with one of the bays having a elevator which leads you to the 20 car bay underground.

Money is a nice thing to have but you need more than alot to build these sorts of homes.
I have a few cars.

One for my dog.
One that has no roof.
One that looks good parked at the golf course.
One that is being rebuilt by a guy named Nero..... will it ever be done?

And for what? I mean who really needs to live like this? Honestly... I mean I look at the bathroom in that garage... I get calls from people for me to tile their bathrooms like that and I do, charge them x hundred dollars and then they're afraid to use it! What's the point?!

Nobody really needs to live like this but when your so weathy that could can't spend your money fast enough why not?

I'm working on three projects at the moment with a cost of more than 100 million US.

Those that can will those that don't dream I suppose.
