I drive a 2010 Golf that growls at people when it goes over 3000rpm.

haha
there is a lot more money into the focus.
the focus is only slightly slower in the straights but the skyline cannot loose the focus on the turns or braking. and the focus drifts extremely well for a FWD car where as the skyline doesn't have the power to really make the AWD system work the drift propperly with all of it's extra weight!
