Car had a tint, looked like it might have been lowered, had chrome rims (looked like 17's) with 7 or more spokes, couldn't tell what kind of tires he had on it. There was also some kinda banner on the top of the windsheild too, and there were 2 people in the car...they were turning onto St Paul Ave in Brantford, and drove into the Tim Hortons near home hardware...
Bleeding Ford Blue again...
