alright, finally got a reply.
they list the 4x108mm on the TSW site
HOWEVER
all of TSW's wheels for different markets come from the US now. so they may not be available for sale in the NA market in that fitment.
currently, TSW does not list any stock on the rocket4s in 4x108mm.

i didn't say they were not sold here but *MAY* not be available in the focus bolt pattern in NA. :P

either way, TSW does not show stock on these rims at TSW so they are sold out to tuner shops already...

what i was trying to say was i am unable to get them at this time! <_<
