Hi Guys and Girls, is been a while how are you guys doing? My wife is looking to sublease her car so just seeing if there are any interest here.

Lease Takeover at only 0.9% lease interest rate = very low payment due to almost no interest at all!!
$460.35/Month + HST with only $1000 upfront pay to me. You get to keep my security deposit of $550 at the end of the lease.

- Total KM allowance: 54,090km
- Factory Warranty: 4 years / 80,000km
- Lease end purchase price: $18,200


Some info on the side to compare if you were to lease brand new from dealer
- Interest Rate: 2.9% @ 39 Months (Benz lease rate are usually between 2.9%-4.9%, I'm using 2.9% for this illustration to show how good my price was)
- Approx. Monthly Payment: $533.37/Month + HST
- Kilometers Allowance: 18,000kms/Year

Hence, you SAVE $82.51/Month AND you also SAVE all the "due on delivery" charge when you purchase a new car from dealership. Not to mention that 2.9% is already a sale rate that they don't always offer.

That $1000 upfront will include the costs for the lease transfer.
You get to keep my security deposit of $550 at the end of the lease as well.

Hi Willie ... just some thoughts about the format of your post.

1. There are two monthly numbers on here that don't jive - you should fix that up. **edit: I see you are comparing numbers but it's a bit confusing.

2. You should state in a list format, the following:

Lease start date
Lease end date
Monthly payment (net incl tax)
Annual km allowance
Current km
Over km charge / km
Lease owner (ie: MB credit)
Amount of transfer fee and who pays
Length of warranty coverage
Lease end purchase price
Status of any lease end insurance coverage to cover dents, dings, over km etc (if any)
Security deposit and under what circumstances it might be not returned
