Ford is recalling 605,000 2005-2006 F-150's and Lincoln Mark LTs equipped with the 5.4 liter V-8 for a faulty hose which may affect braking power. 50,000 of these vehicles were sold in Canada.

The only reason for the large number of vehicles being recalled is because the truck just happens to be the best truck, and best selling truck in it's class.

We have one in the shop right now with that problem and we called ford to see if they are going to pay bc. of the up and coming recal and they give us the BIG FU. Nice eh , try telling a customer he has to pay now or wait till they release the recal and then get it for free.
