Your gonna need a seat bracket, corbeau brackets without sliders will work fine, perhaps you will need to make an adapter plate but it will work.
I think its like E2008T E2009T or something for the codes from Corbeau. But these come with sliders, easy enough to just get the apc seats without siders or remove those sliders on the seat.

be careful guys.. seats are an important part of crash safety.. OE seats have to pass rigorous testing and have a lot of development time and $$$ put against them.. aftermarket seats... who knows
personally.. i think used OE seats (SVT focus seats maybe?) are the way to go

I tried to sell a set of almost new stock front seats on here a year ago for 200 and nobody wanted em.
But yes, don't cheap out on your seats, realize that you sit in them for long periods of time and you rely on them and what attaches them to the car to save your life. Also read your insurance policy on installing aftermarket seats.

the reason that im replacing the seat in the first place is because my driver seat is busted bad and i tried to weld it back in place but it just keeps breaking...OE seats are expensive from the dealer(like everything).

I used to heve MOMO RS seats in my Focus and I needed to buy a set of bases for me to get them i properly. I think Sparco was the only company at the time of my install that had a decent set of bases available for the Focus. The only thing I found was that the seats sat alot lower in the car. My wife couldn't hardly see over the dash.
So yes on the bases.
