i used to use wix filter..

but fram is that bad??
it says "official NHRA filter"
and 96% single pass efficiency/94% multi pass efficiency..

You don't really need a good oil filter for a 1/4 mile, just high flow... ;)

I would go with MOTORCRAFT bc if for some odd reason the filter breaks up and you have engine damage from a blocked oil passage,If you are still under powertrain warranty at least ford cant put it on you for using a jobber filter. If out of warranty, well they are just made for the car so why not.

Ive seen a truck come in under powertrain warranty and it had a fram "wallmart special" filter. We took the filter off and it was all in pieces. Ford sent an adjuster to confirm and they didnt pay bc of the filter not being backed by ford.

omg..this is my 2nd fram oil filter..
hope it is not causing any problem..
