Mine too,

avoid the back window as it will fade, and peel off as the weather & time affect it.

Agreed, rear quarter windows are your best bet for a number of reasons, including the fact that windows, properly cleaned have nothing on them and the stickers once on there will hold like a mofo.

Putting them on the body means for best adhesion, stripping all the wax/polish/etc. off the area before sticking 'em on and afterwards being very careful about reapplying wax afterwards and taking care when washing the car...

I must have installed the stickers incorrectly because I've already lost 3 or 4 letters on my rear quarter window. :(

this photo might help, if you put the stickers on the lowest part of the window it will be fine for about 3 years, I only have one letter peeling a tiny bit, compaired to the other side that is still in perfect shape. keep in mind these are the first gen stickers.

as for the one on the back window, with winter & the rear window de-froster / fogger, the constiant heating & cooling made it all most completely come off after 2 years, all that's left is a few letters. these pices are a few years old.

I went with the stealth look.

They show up beautifully in the right light.
