hey how did u change the fuel filter???

the techie at ford said the fuel filter is inside the tank so u can't change it.

I'm lazy, I get mine done with oil changes every 20k or so... :ph34r:

changed mine today

$15 for the filter and took me about 15min to do it. Really easy, just becarefull with the clips so you won't brake them.

thanks...i'll see if i can get mine changed since its up to 50K now.

Do brands make much of a difference or are they pretty much all standard quality?

I've never changed one, but i'd stick with dealer oem parts for that, they'll all be around the same cost anyway.

Unless someone knows otherwise of course?
