24 bucks a dam sparkplug wire is highway robbery, no matter who makes the damn car. I'm changing my plug wires at approx. 80,000 KMs because I want to (mostly because I'm not sure the wires that are on there are 8mm wires), not because I have to. And again, for 8mm wires, it's less than 50 for the set.

And what parts have I replaced 4 times? None. What parts under recall? The well-known fuel pump. The rest are replaced by my own personal wants and desires.

Don't take it personally everything I say is from my own experience of owning a 2000 Focus ZX3.

On my Focus I was well into replacing suspension parts, 4th set of brake pads, 3rd set of plugs, the exhaust was ready to fall out and the car was starting to rust so if Anthonyd girlfriend's 96 Toyota has only cost him/her an O2 sensor there not doing that badly.

and nope no british wiring to swear at lately but I have to go look at replacing the timing belt($75.00) on my Hyundai but that is all :)
