I replaced my exhaust. I took the muffler off. There is something else before the muffler, that looks like a resonator, what is it? Is it a resonator? I have to go for an e-test next week and dont want to mess with it in case its like a HUGE catolytic or something.

Thats what I thought too. If I remember correctly, the cat is up closer to the front of the car by the manifold, I think. Thanks

The cat is the first thing right after your stock header.

The rear box thing is the resonator.

Yup its the resonator...such an ugly thing at the back of the car...
