He got on the 401 at Harmony rd in Oshawa and got off in Pickering I think it was Liverpool

Completely dumped, rear wheels tucking (stock split 5 spokes painted dark grey)

Spotted today around 2pm
I was in a sand/cream coloured Ford Escape
Oh yeah and amber fogs
