Thanks to Feral for the SQL help and the gentle push to get this done....
Our hosting provider recently updated the database software that resulted in a breakage of some of the board software functions.
Feral helped debug the SQL and I've implemented the changes to get the PM system working again.
I may or may not inform the hosting provider of their slipup.
