Yea its IBM. It can do a lot of stuff. But for us it mainly monitors our AIX, DB2 servers, file space, swap, killed processes and hardware errors.

Ahhh it's a SMC (Systems Management / Monitoring Console).

We just use GFI NSM for all of our boxen.
