Have any of you ever used the Candian Tire or Penzoil "Guaranteed to Pass" product?? I put it into the Tercel with a new tank of gas to clean it out for an emissions test so I can sell the darn thing.... just wondering if it really will make my car pass??

depends on if the car has failed, how it is failed and how BAD it failed...

if the car is marginal and JUST failing then it might make it pass.
but do not bank on it.

I used it once. The first E-test the car BARELY passed. Two years later I used it and the car passed easily. I made no changes to the car except I put around 5 k on it.
