So after work today, i stop in at a Tim Hortons. I park, turn my stereo up, kill the engine, and enjoy a smoke while drinking my coffee. This is a usual thing i do after working at Crappy Tire, in order to unwind, before i go home.
This guy pulls into the parking lot, in a rental pontiac pursuit. I see him get outta the car, and he starts laughing, while looking at me. So i'm thinking, he's probably gonna raz me about my Focus, like everyone does..just because it's a ford focus with mods on it.
I see his mouth move, but because my music is too loud, i can't hear him, so i turn it down and say "pardon me"...
So he repeats..."out of all the places in canada, especially here in cold lake Alberta, what are the odds I would run into a fellow member of FC.net" So, i'm kinda in shock...turns out he was chuckling at the Focuscanada.net decal on my car..not the car itself.
Turns out it was PIGEON1 or Mike, from Trenton Ont. Here on exercises with the military. We shot the s*** for about an hour, looked over my car, showed him some of the mods i've done. To think i thought i would have to drive all the way to T.O. to bump into more FC.netters....
I just wanted to share that story....

- 2 Inch Drop, Focus Sport Cold Air Intake, Street Glow 4 light strobe system,MBRP Cat back exhaust, 35% tint on front windows, 5% all around the rear. 1 Million Color Flowlighting Underglow kit, Inside and out. SPEEDHUT custom indiglo Guages, Sirius Satellite Radio, Pioneer DH6800 Deck, 15" Solo-Baric L7 Sub,Enkei 17 inch rims, Belltronic Radar Detector

no way thats awesome. Met pigeon1 at a recent hofo meet before, hes a down to earth guy.. glad to see u guys had a nice mini meeting in the middle of no where

It might have something to do to the effect that
A........ You drive a sedan. They don't rock.
B........ You have a response for everything that gets posted. Do you have a little brother? If you do then you would know what an annoying little brother is like, and right now that is you.
Ease up on trying to reply to everyone's post. Or are you trying to race to 100 to sell stuff? Because if that is the case, I am normally the mod that approves F/S s***e and I won't be approving yours!
Just take a Midol and chill a bit. We don't need to know every thought that squeezes out of that brain of yours.

Slim, you don't have to travel that far to meet other members, edmonton is close by and saskatoon is 6 hours away from cold lake.

i love my focus and i don't really care what everyone else think
by sayin that sedan's don't rock, ur not affendin only me but eveyone else who has a c-dan on here...
