Looking For A How To.

Hey I have never done drum breaks before and its time for me to replace my shoes back there so I need a how to for this.

If any one knows how to do it thats nice to.

Last time I went to my mechanics though they used a tool which is a long rod with a sliding weight. The bolt the rod to the wheel studs and slide the weight on the rod away from the car which pulls the drum off the car.

That's called a slide hammer.

Try releasing the parking brake first. Should make it easier.
