Odd Question...help Needed.
#1
Anyone know where I can get my hands on a Pig Spit?

I'm throwing another pig roast over the holidays and I'd like to try another company for the spit this year.

I did one last year for the boys (HUGE SUCCESS) But the rental company charged me a bloody fortune for the machine. This year I'd like ot find another place to get one.

Does anyone here know someone with one, or where I can find one?

Building one is out of the question as I will no have anywhere to store it.

^^I don't need one as elaborate as that.^^^

Thanks boys!

There is a huge 5 alarm fire at the Pork slaughter house/meat packing plant on St.Clair right now. You might be able to get one fully cooked real cheap.

Roasted pig comes out awesome! Its really tender and just falls apart. No chewiness at all.

And now the burning question, after the # of people who have read the post and haven't asked..

WHERE IS OUR INVITE?

(Sorry, I can't help you on locating a roaster)

You obviously have not had one done right.

I'm thinking the one you had was GROSSLY under cooked if it was chewy.
