Transport Canada issues latest recalls

Ottawa, Ontario - Transport Canada has released its latest recalls, which may affect some Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Infiniti vehicles.
2007 Mercedes-Benz M-Class
2007 Mercedes-Benz R-Class
Vehicles affected: 49
On certain vehicles, the accelerator pedal might not have been fully fastened to its mounting studs during vehicle assembly. The mounting studs will maintain the position of the accelerator, but over time may not maintain a consistent position, which could make it more difficult to operate the accelerator. Dealers will inspect the pedal assembly and, if required, install two nuts.

On certain vehicles, the anti-lock brake system (ABS) control module software may cause the rear brakes to lock up during certain braking conditions. Dealers will reprogram the ABS electronic control unit.
2007 Chrysler Sebring
Vehicles affected: 1,400
On certain vehicles, the software program in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) module may cause the windshield defrosting and defogging functions to become inoperative. Dealers will reprogram the HVAC module.
2003-2006 Infiniti FX35
2003-2006 Infiniti FX45
Vehicles affected: 7,484
On certain vehicles, the stop, tail and turn signal lamp functions may be too dim when viewed at certain angles. Dealers will replace the rear combination lamps.

I was the only member on this board with a Yellow Focus Sedan, and a 2002+ Euro Facelift on a sedan.
