I got all parts back from painting and finally received the SPC rear camber kit .

Look pretty good..

Starting to put stuff together ..

Here's the freaking arms I was waiting for :

I can add 5* positive camber or -1* , I needed almost +2* with my current setup so this should be perfect.

BTW, how much is the A arm cost? And is there any reason you getting a new pair of A arm?

They are $165.00 and with my drop I was almost a 2* of negative camber , since I don't race I want to bring it back close to 0* but the cam bolt kit on the market right now ( Eibach etc. ) gives us only + or - 1* of adjustement .

This should solve the uneven tire wear issue plus I just got new rubber I don't want to wear only one side of them.. :)

1 bolt at the time putting it back together..

Arms installed on the crossmember and it's ready to go under the car...

This is where I'm at right now.. Tomorrow back to Ford to get a few new bolts and a couple insolators for my springs , bleed the rear brakes and it's done.

I love taking $hit apart.... :P

I missunderstood the question , you were talking about the "A" arm and I was thinking about the SPC arm... The "A" arm ( front ) cost $60.00 CDN and I put new one because the bushing of my 00 were shot and instead to put new parts on the daily driver ( who sees snow , calcium , etc. ) I put the new part on the 03 and the used one from the 03 on the 00 ( the daily driver ) .

The 00 doesn't get new parts , it get the stuff from the 03.... :D

Sorry for the mix... ;)

This is next.... Header , Hi-Flow Cat and flex...and I should be done for this year.

I wish I had money to do a rear brake swap but it will have to wait , it $ucks cause I had everything apart , but at lease I saw how it's made and trust me it's a very easy job neither to say that I will not run into seized bolts anymore..

This is not for power , this is just to have one of the cleanest Focus out there and it fun to do that.. :)

It's all show no go.....

All done ! B)

But I'm having a issue with the SPC rear adjustable upper arm rubbing on my shock when suspension has no weight on or all the way stretched out....

on the picture you can see the paint rubbing off... :(

This next picture is with the weight of the car , it's 100% fine no rubbing issue ( picture is not good tho ) ..

But this is no good , it should not rub anywhere , suspension compressed or not..

If you have any suggestion let me know.. :)

That is a lot of work that you put into that project. I was going to ask if you took the time to rear brake cylinders apart, but since your considering a a brake swap its kinda would be useless.

Kudo's to you man.

Wow, props to you man. Personally i wouldn't spend all that time on something like that. But I'd say all the work you put in has definately produced some good looking results.

I'll do a brake swap later , money is often a issue when working on cars ..

Took me over one month to do that , I do that part time just for fun and to learn about my car..

I'm getting ready to take apart header , cat and flex pipe , I may start doing it this week on the comming week end..

Its all deadly man. Wish I had garage to work in. I hate it when you put something together and you think you are done and then something is not right some where and you gotta rip it all out again. Good luck with that man. I'm starting with the exhaust then intake then wheels then suspension and breaks. And whatever after haha. Looks good though man!
