alright guys so i'm having a bit of a problem.....under heavy braking at some high speeds, i get a sound that sounds like warped rotors. But i dont get any vibration in the peddal...or in the steering wheel...any ideas ...
under normal driving conditions nothing seems wrong but once i take it on the highway and i'm doing 120/130 and i have to brake hard the evil sound comes back...
help

It could be part of your steering. I had something similar when I had a 95 Escort. Ended up being a steering arm bushing or something like that

Check for ice buildup in your front wheelwells or some other debris/part rubbing the tire when your front end dives when you brake.

When my bearings went, it was a constant noise.
