My Focus News
#1
ok I've done a lot of thinking. and.

I sold the focus, and the supercharger, and all of the parts I had laying around. for a good price too.

so I am stepping out of the focus world and entering the cheap sub $3000 world. had a good run.

Well, sad to see you sold the Focus but hope you have fun with the next car whatever it is ('course at the sub 3K level, you'll probably be spending a lot of time looking after that car too... just for different reasons)

Good luck, doesn't mean you can't come back and join the rest of the ex-focus owners club.

Even our admin doesn't own a focus anymore :)

not exactly sure what group i want to join.

for sure dont want to join the mustang crowd,
import crowds are a joke here.

so I kinda have to choose, be a punk, or a joke :P.

but right now I'm looking for a cheap Civic/RX7/240SX in the late 80s early 90s model years.

ive been finding decent cars, but nothing sound yet, dont know how long it will take to find a new car but Ive been pretty sound without a car for the last 3 weeks

FB/FC RX-7 ftw.

240SX is my second choice... but they're so underpowered compared to the chassis they have (in N.A. at least).

Do what an old buddy did and stuff a 350 in your 240Z. :D

you guys seem to forget he's in BC so cars with body probelms are minor compairing them to the Ontario equal, besides the interior of a Car in BC tends to go before the body.

for different, in that price range,

1990 - 1995 Ford Escort & EXP (if you can find one) / Mercury Tracer
I was the only member on this board with a Yellow Focus Sedan, and a 2002+ Euro Facelift on a sedan.

What the bloody hell are you talking about? He said he was thinking about RX7s and 240Zs... not a car that predates the Focus that has less performance and modding potential.

Go buy an IROC Z. Those are sweet :) My buddy had one with the 5.7L 5spd in it and it moved pretty damn fast. Sounded amazing too.
