I'll have to give this a serious consideration, booking 5-6 days off work though.. Not sure if I can rock that.. Screw it, that's what sick days are for ;)..
Wouldn't mind meetin' up with someone on the way and comin' down following / leading one or two cars.. In case something happens to one, theres help :P
Plus I can draft you and save gas ;).
N Bay is only an 11~ hour drive from me, and I pretty much have to go through North Bay to get there anyways, I HATE the 69..

I might be driving back to Thunder Bay from camping -- depending on how vacation works out..
but I would prefer the HWY 17/69 route.
They've split HWY 69 all the way to sudbury pretty much as of last year, so it's easy driving now.
and the drive is so much less boring on 17 than on 11...

I just noticed site 227 is reserved... (On the other side of the grounds)
Let's hope it's a female frat house coming up north to "experiment"

No no, I like TO 69, I just hate highway 69 ;)
But I may have to give it a consideration, but it was winter when I took a car down and my focus back, and I sure as hell didn't want to drive the 69 when it was closed half the time due to ridiculous snow squalls ..
The 11 made me want to cry when I took it. To North Bay it was great, from North Bay I wanted to drive with my knee's and play video games cus there was nothing else going on..
The 17 was a beautiful drive from Thunder Bay to Sudbury, however, being so hilly and windy and .. bleh .. I figure the 11 would be more fuel efficient ;)
But the extra 10 dollars in gas is totally worth the 17 and perhaps the 69 for the added fun of driving it..
Is there anyway I can crash on someone else's lot and pay for half of it when I get there.. or when I'm 100% going? I don't want to reserve the lot and find out I can't make it down...
...I don't eat much and I know the difference between right and wrong?

I'm sure it would be okay with someone. I'm crashing on Darkpuppet's site, so that one is full. Check with the other guys going.

Hi guys, I have frequented this site for about a year now. I also love camping and go to Algonquin at least once a year. So I'll be there with the wife on site 221 from June 8th-10th. You guys picked a great ground to camp in. Itââ¬â¢s the ground that the wife and I camp in almost every year. The water front sites are really nice.
See you all there. :)
Shawn and Laura Bailey
Performance & Cosmetic: Steeda Cold Air intake // Steeda 65mm throttle body // MBRP FlexBack exhaust // Steeda STS with hand made (by me) leather boots // tinted rear & triangles limo, doors 35%

Next Mods: Front strut bar // rear engine mount // SCT Xcal 2 // Stage 1 Crane cams // SVT suspension // 17" rims.

nice!
glad to see so many people (new members and old) coming out!
last year the water-front sites were brutal.. with the rain and cold wind coming off the lake, I could only imagine how miserable it would be to be on those sites.
but come summer... they have to be the best!..
