Has anybody installed one of these on the focus to replace the plastic one that comes with the focus?
- Can the gasket for the focus valve cover work with this valve cover?

Which valve cover are you referring to? The early 2000 style metal valve cover, the metal replacement from focussport? Those are the only 2 that I know of..
The one from focussport should probably include the new gasket if you need one or if it's different than the stock one. And I think the metal OEM one uses a different gasket you should be able to get from a dealership.

Oh I see, like the valve covers from Contours, ZX2s and Cougars.. not sure if they'll work since they're an older version of the Zetec, not exactly the same.. you'd really have to check and see for yourself to make sure it'll work.

I took it off. And went back to stock, cause I am getting a Focussport one. The car caught fire with the stock one so go figure ;)
