Needs:

3.5L AWD with Manual Transmission, and I'd start cleaning out the Focus now.

Just a thought or two,
If I was needing a bigger car, the Fusion would be it.
Can a fusion be turbocharged or supercharged.

Actually, the 4-banger in the Fusion is the same 2.3L Duratec that's in the ST. Both FocusSport and HiBoost make turbo kits that raises the HP from 151 BHP to 240ish WHP for $4G USD.

As far as the 3.5L Duratec (that's in the Edge/MKX at the moment) Ford is already looking at a turbo/twin turbo, primarily for the new Lincoln sedan and possibly a midrange (ie sub-GT) Mustang.

The Focus lacks a LSD for the corners, which results in the One Wheel O Fury ™ when you turn and accelerate at the same time. Otherwise, yes... it's a hell of a bargain once you put it all down on paper.

Here's something else to chew on too...

http://www.motortrend.com/features/auto_ne...10_ford_fiesta/

That would be pretty sweet, and I'm sure it'd trump the Fit and Yaris, as the Fiesta is the top car in it's class in Britain.

Besides that, the Fusion would be awesome with a 3.5L Duratec. That thing is in excess of 250hp and 250 ft lbs of torque. I know that they are also planning to release a 3.8L version eventually too, with 280+ hp.

If I didn't own the Stang, I'd buy a triple black Fusion SEL V6 AWD...
Bleeding Ford Blue again...

funny thing to me is that package reminds me of the new Jetta GLI spot one with the blacked out crome on it.

but sounds nice, but honestly... I still hate the fusion tail lights & rear, I love the Milian rear much better.
I was the only member on this board with a Yellow Focus Sedan, and a 2002+ Euro Facelift on a sedan.

Wow, that's pretty good pricing for what you get

If I had a family and wanted a sedan, mighty tempting that is...

Time for a second vehicle!

*tries to think of a way to pitch this to Sara after work* :D

Actually, nah. No heated seats and higher pre-reqs for the SE = not really that much of a deal, especially with the "no heated cloth seats" brushoff. <_<
