July 12th, 1997 I was married to a wonderful woman who puts up with my nonsense, shows me the way to matrimonial bliss and even points out the good looking women for me once and a while.
Still in love after 10 years and going strong.
We celebrated in fine fashion yesterday by spending the day apart (I sent her away on a mini vaction for the weekend).
In this day and age of divorce and broken marriages, I can give out one piece of advice to all the men and women approaching marriage. Take your vows seriously upon marriage. I told my wife before we got married that this was a marriage until death due us part. No matter what. It hasn't always been a bed of roses, but we never gave up and, as far as we are concerned, will never give up being a couple.
Cheers to my wife. Now start drinking. It's after 8. AM.

Congrats Meford. I to have told Lindsey that I only want to do this once. We both agree that whatever we incounter during our lives that we will work our way through it. We talk about everything no matter how big or small and so far no major disagreements. As most of you know we are getting married this September and I know that this is going to work. But again Congratulations, hope you enjoy your day and you have many more in the future.

Congrats, ten years is a significant amount of time to be spending with another person, laying bare both of your weaknesses and strengths and combining them into a harmonious whole.
