Fs Header Video/sound Update
#1
Was bored so I took some pictures. The header/flex is still not 100% done. Got to get 2 nuts and bolts tommorow. Here are some nice preveiw shots.

I managed to get the first o2 sensor harness lower so i wont even have to extend it witch is pimp :D Still have to solder the o2 sensor (cheater wires) into the 2nd o2 sensor area then put them in.

The ERG is a bitch and a half thow.

How about some good pics of that silver cluster surround. I'm trying to decide between red and silver.

Umm I have some posted from along time ago. I plan on pulling it and painting it the same as the center dash.

I need a tach horribly... I'm just a "motorsports" kind of guy, and to me a tach is the best indicator of the health of your motor / transmission. You can tell when an idle is off by just that much, whether you're running higher than you should be (slippage), etc etc.

It's that or I buy a tach driver / new tach anyways. May as well get a fresh look for the instrument cluster while I'm at it.

Actually those are the ones he replaced with the Speedhut face.

Those look a lot better than the ones they usually sell on ebay though..

Pictures of the 2nd o2 sensor. Am splicing the o2 cheater in between. Most ppl do the MIL eliminator with is a plug in harness. I am doing this instead. No difference just cheaper and works the same way.

Only problem with that is I had an issue myself with the O2 screwing up when cutting/splicing the wires. :( Maybe you'll be ok.

BTW, it will be LOUD! ;)

Dirty loud so it's good.

Hopefully. I was told I shouldnt have a problem. If all else fails I will put them back to normal and get the mil eliminator harness..

Its all done. Used that gasket goop stuff and it worked dam good. See how long it last for. If it blows out I'm just going to use that Mr Gasket stuff..

Any way it sounds dam good. It doesn't seem to loud right now but I'm sure once I take it for a rip it will be pretty loud. I love the raspy sound its gives. Its not that ricer sound at all. It's MEAN sounding.

Only thing was the 4 times I started it up everything was perfect. Started it up last night to let it run a bit and the check engine light came on. I resetted the battery, started the car back up and the light was off. Let it run for a bit longer and it was good.

Once the car is drivable again if I get the engine light back on Im just going to get the actual o2 sensor harness. I heard that still doesn't work sometimes. Might just wait till the s/c is in then I can get a custom chip with the o2 sensor disabled.

Video clip. Fixed the link so DivX is not required for you non computer guys LOL.

Sounds better in person I think. My digital cam does not record audio very clear.
