Spotted this morning. Guy in his twenties driving it, short ponytail. The kit was pretty agressive looking, but I don't know the names of them. It had a spot for two tail pipes, but he had only one and it was on an aftermarket exhaust. He looked at me, but I was too cold to find my wallet and give him a pimp card. Anyone know the car?

Certainly looked like one of the riceier kits out there. Didn't recognise it tho
