Hopefully SGI treat you nice. Thats the hardest part of everything. Then going there and ripping off all your parts. Be sure to take as many parts as you can ;)
The car can be replaced. Its does suck. When I got my last Focus Tled I was a wreck for a good month. If anything happened to this Focus now I would I dunno. Prolly do what Dan did. Lay in the middle of the highway.
On a side note. Some of you might not think your car is your life but to me it is.
Any way. If any one ever moves to Sask this is the best advice I can give if something happens to your modded car. Be sure to have a cardboard box in the back and before calling the cops or toe truck get a hold of someone with a truck. Start ripping off as many parts as you can. Specially stereo stuff. I know many ppl who went back to sgi to collect there parts and oh my. Where the hell did the stereo system go and rims go. GONE!!!!
When the last focus got totaled i was in rough shape. Not caring about the blood all over me, whiplash etc I managed to rip out my whole stereo, un wire my gauge face, clean the car all up then finally I got escorted to the hospital for my xrays..
I hope everything works out man. Dont take s**t from SGI and dont accept there first value they give you. Make them try and do better. Worked for me. Ended up only losing 3g instead of 5.

Good luck man ... Ill tell you a funny story maybe itll chear you up... Because I know its a bummer...
My car was wedged under neath a truck, and 2 tow trucks got on either side, pulling the truck and my focus to get them deattached..... As pieces of my rieger bumper were randomly flying all over the place, and a civic with a super loud exaust pulled up beside and shook his head... I instantly noticed the rad fluid going everywhere and oil comming from wherever.
I dropped on my knees infront of the car and put my hands in that juicy mess, and threw them up in the air.. throwing that concoction all over the place.... The tow truck driver came up from behind me and was like ... "d00d are you ok??" I turned around with rad fluid dripping all over my arms.... with a super evil / crazy / what the hell am I going to do / mad face.... and I made him jump a couple steps back.
I waited for a second, cus I knew I freaked him out... just the right amount of pause... Got up quick and said, "Ya im cool, have a towel or something?" .. With a normal face.

I always thought that if my car got wrecked I would want to keep it.....you could easily make a good amount of cash on selling the parts off it...
The scrap yards are making far too much money on your totalled car....me, i'd come with truck and completly strip the car of whatever good parts where left and leave them the rest.

I wish my last focus would have been a zetec instead of a spi.
Man. those parts I would of stripped away that day when I went back to see it in the compound. I would of had that engine ripped apart so fast if would of knew then what I know now.

As long as your in one pcs, we're happy. Depends on how much you got from insurance, get a Mazda 3.

Sucks to lose another another focus off the board, glad your ok and hopefull insurance wont screw you around.........buy a svt I heard there good :D

I told Tyler that the only way I would help him out with another car is if he got another Focus or an SVTF.
Tyler will be putting some pics up later, I could but I don't want to take that away from him. After all it his car.
Unfortunalty we were unable to take anything off his car just personal stuff. If they do total it, the only way we can take the aftermarket stuff off is to replace it the orginal parts. We only need on thing which is a throttle body. We find out Feb 17 what is going to happen.

Wow thats really too bad. Thank god your ok, theres more Focus's then you. I'd definitly go with an SVTF that would be a blast :)
