Yeah I always get that confused, H4/9003. I mix that up. LOL. These are 100% HID bulbs. At first I thought I was getting bi-xenon but as it turns out these have a servo in the bulb which pulls the bulb in and out for low and high beams. Also these were made to fit in a stock housing.

Night shots to follow.

Ya pics needed
I run with my HID fogs on most of the time and when I get ppl flashing the highbeams at me. I flip my Headlight HIDs on plus my Hologen Highbeam lights on too and I can see them pretty much cover they're eyes with they're hands lol. seriously I do respect other ppls vission's, being legally blind myself, I only run with fogs on and i keep the top hid's off unless I'm on some country roads that have no lighting.

Ok I will run out to a local school tonight and get a couple shots against a wall and maybe accross a field or something. I cranked then down a little last night and I think they won't blind on-coming traffic like I was before with the housing up in the stock location. So after the kidlets are all tucked in and the wife has her glass of wine I will duck out for the night shots.

Here is what I got. Crap. I need a tripod or something. I was getting glare off of everything. Even the traffic lights. Someone needs to show me how to set my camera for better night shots.

the one with halogen top of hid bulb is old old old old old old old old generation and not recommend..

go with the one got shield on top of hid bulb and it slides in and out when hitting high beam..

I got H13 bulbs on mine.. I went with 8000K bi-xenon's..
I aimed them a bit lower to help other drivers out. It only blinds people if we're on a black road with no lights at all.. Then it can piss people off a bit LOL.. It's funny, they flash me thinking I have my high beams on, then I put them on and like John said I can see them cover their eyes.. haha

Will be getting that K2 Halo setup eventually though I think.

All the people you see on the road with the horrible blinding HID's are the guys that use the bulbs that are meant for seperate high/low beams.

They need to regulate lights now, s*** IS WAYYYY TOO BRIGHT! especially on roads with no lighting it gets annoying with those lights bouncing off your rear mirrors onto your eyes.

Cali has them regulated and so does a lot of states. Even those HID from factory with the glass projector still bother me because you still catch that beam of off light and your in the same boat.
Just wear your shades at night like that song lol

Amen, if not for the electrochromatic auto rear dim on the Fusion I can't count the number of times I would have been blinded by people seeking to light up not only the road in front of them but as far as three cars interiors ahead :P
