bell double sim locks their blackberries, i remember someone saying they need to pay for 2 codes to unlock, thats gotta suck.

The new Tour on the other hand has no locks.... meaning both rogers and bell can sell it and advertise that you can only get great service with they're network but really you can swich to either one with the 2 sim card holding ability lol.
Cool that you unlocked it.
How much did you pay or did you do it yourself??

I dnloaded a program to do it to the BB 8320"s I get from my work but did seem to work so I just go to a store in the mall for $30
