I have started a new thread because some of you may not be following my other thread. I have a issue regarding the e-brake cables. I have installed the cables and where they connect to the calipers there is I am guessing that there is supposed to be some sort of clip to keep them attached. There is a slot on the cable at the bracket in the caliper. I just went to East Court Ford and spoke with the parts dept. and they couldn't see said clip.
For those of you that have done the SVT brake swap what have you done to keep the cables attached? I am going to be taking the wheels off to replace the ABS sensors to see the that solves my other problem (ABS Light on the Dash). And while I am in there I wanted to securely mount the cables. I am not sure if Zip Ties would do the job or not.
Has anybody else had the same issue?
