yes and no. i here its getting harder to make a off road bike street legal but you still can. and theirs always get a new vin and deem it as a custom bike.

So I dyno'd it today. a 9yr bike and still put down 118whp not too bad for a 380 lb bike roughly 3:1 weight/power
