So it was like having sex with super models....

Another check mark in my "To Try List". 6+ hours of pure driving and beating on expensive cars.

Drove Porsche 911 Turbo, Lamborghini Gallardo, Dodge Viper SRT-10, Ferrari 360 F1, Acura NSX..........Favorit was Ferrari 360 F1.

NICEEEEEE What Day did you go I have mine set up for Monday and so far the weather looks good. Was the Shelby 427 Cobra, R8, T Rex or Vanquish not an option for you? We have all 6 spots booked so we can argue with each other on what to pic. I have friends that have a Viper and NSX so I really don't want to pay to drive them. How did you pick the cars were there any surprise catches?

If I had top picking I would say Gallardo, 911, T rex, 427 Shelby, and Austin Martin or F1

I went yestarday....it was too hot man so we kept our tops up.

The cars that you see on the pics are the cars that we drove....Basicly they get out cars that are not rented out that day. So you take your chances. I really wanted the T-Rex Sad
Ferrari and Lambo are always there from what I understood.
There are some down points in this cruise. Major one is that all cars are downtuned....in major way from what I could tell. He already had 2 accidents this season from people not knowing how to use the power.
Either way I had a blast and the roads were fun. Even did some of that cruise we did in Focus's a couple years back. FUN FUN

$899 + Tax For the Pair Covers everything. Sucks there de tuned I never thought of that. Im hoping we get some decent picks. I am going to be really pissed if we can't take the 427 Cobra, That and the lambo is why I signed up for this in the 1st place.

My coworker has a Factory5 Cobra so I wasn't all about it Smile
Don't worry Lambo and Ferrari are gonna be there regardless. You could of gotten a better deal for 2 then $899. When you'll drive Ferrari 360 make sure it has traction control off so you can do pedal shifting and not Auto (which is a gay option).
Gallardo was the most detuned one IMO.
You'll have a good day regardless Drew make sure to rev and whistle at girls.

Trust me I got to BEAT on them cars even though I signed a contract where it said no tire burning, no retarded acceleration ect, but really wouldn't u?
I'm not gonna talk about speeds on here cause some people will get their feelings hurt and we will have to call the Waaabulance.

funny thing to me is there is no thrill about any of those cars as I've driven them all before, and not to mention the current range from Dodge, BMW, Mercedez, Porsche, as their all my accounts thanks in part to my work, plus this year I've driven 9 Ferrari's, 3 Bentleys, 2 Nissan Skylines, and 1 Ford GT... I miss that GT.

How far do you get to drive them though? Is it just a lot drive around or actual far distance? I mean here you take them through nice twistie roads at good speeds. Get to punch the pedal here and there. If you're talking about "I drove a Ferrari from one parking spot to another" then you don't really get to feel the car. Just saying...

Actually I was at one of the BMW & Porsche drive events as a perk for being the outdoor coordinator, not to mention get updated on all the latest features that the new models come with along with the price points of the said features...

most I've drive on the lot, and thru the auction block at work, but I do get called up quite a bit to help "explain" how to drive or how to use the car for some of the "newb" dealers who are buying a Priemium luxo car, who've never driven one before, as often most of the buyers of the $130,000+ cars are usually buying them for personal use, personal collections, or exporiting them to who knows where.
