well that is not got to do with policy, i paid and waited more than 3 months to recieve, they wanted me to wait another month or 2 for 2nd set and that was having same problem too.
their only option was for me was to keep wheels for free and take care of paint issue on my side.

there were tons of svt when i wasn't looking for, now there is none, i am about to give up on svt and don't feel like to get financed for the price how much svt is..
i will wait 2 more months and hopefully price goes down and if there is no svt, i will go ahead buy regular granny drvien silver zx3..will repaint whole car anyway..
when can i have my car looks like this..sigh..

and get provincial test/etest done here in ontario and register car?

you need to get the ownership signed, bring it back, get safety, etest everything done over here, go to MTO and get it transfered and licensed in the province. pretty easy to do
