That is indeed the PCV hose, but your arrow is pointing to the wrong part no. ... anything that starts with a "W" is a nut or bolt or clip.
The number you're looking for is specifically XS4Z-6N664-BA.
Having said that, your symptoms could also point to a bad DPFE.

yeah if that pcv hose is originial, not replaced before, upgrade.
ford redesigned pcv hose with heatshield insulation around and it is a bit thicker.

If it takes you longer then 10 mins.... Go hide under a bed.
Take your intake off and go to work.
From what ive been told, Dealer only part.
